Abstract

Groundwater as a counterweight to the soil in the environment must be preserved for the livelihood of many people. Efforts must be made toensure that water is able to quikly penetrate the ground with the precastconcrete infiltration well material. Planning and constration wells with precast concrete (Smartwell) must comply with the Indonesia National Standard (SNI) regarding the Planning Procedures for Rianwater Infiltration Wells. Filling the infiltration well at the bottom of the well can be in the form of crushed stone 10-20 cm in size, red brick fragment of 5-10 cm, plam fiber and charcoal. This is done so that the bottom area of the infiltration well is not contaminated by the original soil below. The depth of infiltration wells in the observation area in the 25 year return period rnges from 1,65 m to 7,28 m. The wider the residential roof area and the infrastructure area, the deeper the infiltration well will be compared to the relatively small roof area of housing and infrastruction areas. The permeability value is very influential on the construction of the precast concrete infiltration well, the higher the permeability, the precast concete infiltration well that is built will have a shallower depth and vice vrsa. Installation of infiltration wells be successful with government regulation abd policies.
